We are seeking a passionate and strategic Campaign Manager to lead and execute impactful environmental and community-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering awareness initiatives that align with our mission of sustainability and social impact.

Plan, develop, and execute environmental and sustainability campaigns.
Design campaign strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Coordinate with volunteers, corporate partners, and stakeholders.
Manage campaign budgets and timelines.
Lead awareness drives, events, and community outreach programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team for digital and offline promotion.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare impact reports.
Build partnerships with corporates for CSR initiatives.
Ensure all campaigns align with SDG and ESG standards.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Studies, Social Work, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in campaign management, NGO sector, or CSR programs.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience in event planning and stakeholder engagement.
Understanding of sustainability and environmental issues.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of digital marketing & social media campaigns.
Experience with CSR reporting & ESG frameworks.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
