Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and email.
Manage and grow platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X).
Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, blogs, and newsletters.
Optimize website content for SEO and improve search rankings.
Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive donations and leads.
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
Support fundraising campaigns through digital promotions.
Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives.
Improve website traffic and online conversions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Experience in NGO or CSR marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of fundraising marketing strategies.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
Email marketing experience (Mailchimp, etc.).
Content writing and storytelling skills.
