The Roshni Campaign by PSEC (Pratyan Society for Environmental Conservation) is a compassionate initiative focused on reducing road accidents involving stray and domestic animals. Many animals lose their lives on roads each year due to poor visibility at night, leading to avoidable fatalities and even human injuries. Through this campaign, PSEC distributes and donates radium collars to animals—especially dogs and cattle—to make them visible in the dark, preventing accidents and saving countless lives.
