Key Responsibilities

  • Site Identification & Analysis: Assess potential ground sites for soil suitability, accessibility, water availability, and local community impact.

  • Capacity Building: Organize and conduct orientation/training sessions for volunteers, community members, and partner groups on proper planting and care.

  • Plantation Process Execution: Manage species selection (native trees), soil preparation, sapling handling, and planting protocols.

  • Drive Management & Logistics: Coordinate on-site logistics, tools, sapling delivery, and volunteer safety during planting events.

  • Post-Plantation Monitoring: Establish tracking and care schedules to ensure high sapling survival rates.
